To apply for one of our available rentals, please print a copy of our Lease Application and complete all fields in full.  This Lease Application, along with a copy of your driver’s license and proof of income (i.e. pay stubs, etc.), may be faxed to (866) 788-7815 or emailed to ASK@fergusonproperties.com.  You may also make an appointment to turn in this paperwork in person at the property location by contacting us at (423) 802-1922 between the hours of 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.  We look forward to hearing from you!
